Progress in
clear stages.

Each stage has a measurable target. You do not simply keep going, you regularly check what is secure and what still needs work.

01

Foundations

Pronunciation, core vocabulary, and sentence structure are built so you can act clearly from the start.

Months 1 to 3
02

Routine

Fixed practice times, review, and application turn knowledge into a dependable skill.

Months 4 to 6
03

Exam

Task formats used by common providers such as telc and the Goethe-Institut enter the plan early, not only in the final weeks.

Honest hour planning

The work behind
B1 and B2.

The figures below are planning ranges for coaching. They do not replace an official placement test and depend on prior knowledge, learning conditions, and daily application.

6 to 9

Hours per week for a solid B1 path with coaching, assignments, and independent practice.

10 to 14

Hours per week if B2 within twelve months should become realistic.

45 minutes

One teaching unit. Planning combines lessons, correction, and independent study time.

Daily

Short independent practice is required alongside coaching. The exact share is set in the roadmap.

Concrete first step

These figures are planning guidance, not a guarantee. B1 or B2 within twelve months is realistic only when your time budget, prior knowledge, and daily practice fit together. We calculate that openly in the assessment call.

Deutsch-Sprint method

Learn, review,
adjust with purpose.

Berlinagile's agile heritage becomes a learning system with short cycles, visible progress, and a clear next step.

01

Sprints instead of semesters.

Two weeks, one clear target, and a short review. You see progress in cycles instead of waiting for months.

02

Exam logic from the start.

We practise common exam-provider task formats early so the final exam does not come as a surprise.

03

For people with full schedules.

The plan is designed for working people and families, using fixed times instead of good intentions.

For your specific target

German you
actually need.

Your exam target, working life, and available time determine the focus of each sprint.

  1. 01

B1 for citizenship and permanent residence

Everyday language, written tasks, and the oral exam are built together.

  2. 02

B2 for training, study, and regulated professions

More complex texts, clear argumentation, and profession-related communication take priority.

  3. 03

German for IT and project work

Meetings, decisions, follow-up questions, and written coordination are practised through real work situations.

“I started from zero myself. Today I work in German, in project management, with German colleagues. I know every point where giving up feels tempting.”
